I offer an incredibly unique service that I like to call the "Clone Option".  Every business has those 5-star managers who they would be lost without.  When those managers leave, the Clone Option eases the transition by providing a temporary “clone” to replace the manager and to help in the search for a long-term solution.

Having held a variety of positions, and worked with countless software programs, I can seamlessly fill in as an interim manager in nearly any department. So, the next time your 5-star manager goes on maternity leave, or gets promoted to a new position, you can rely on me
as your temporary "manager clone."  

I can proudly lay claim to any of the official job titles listed below, (not to mention a host of un-official hybrid roles I like to call the "Secret Weapon" roles) and can help you continue the search for a permanent replacement, while making process improvements and recommendations along the way.  These "clone" projects are billed at 20% above the hourly rate for the position and include scouting services to seek a permanent replacement.  

In addition to providing clone support, I can facilitate focus sessions or SWOT analyses as needed to help identify the obstacles and solutions required to obtain maximum efficiency.
